Meet the FTC team

Get to know the coaches. We’re here to coach you properly and make sure you have fun along the way

Why choose FTC

At Fortitude, coaching isn’t just standing there counting reps.

It’s:

  • Teaching you how to move properly

  • Helping you improve every session

  • Holding you accountable

  • Making sure you actually enjoy the process

Every coach here is held to a high standard.

Because you deserve more than just someone watching you train.

Dom Moore

Owner & Head Coach

Dom brings over a decade of coaching experience working within the fitness industry. He’s worked with complete beginners to high-level athletes.

He has a deep understanding of program design for both group coaching and individuals. He’s the one responsible for writing the group program here at FTC.

Now the fun stuff. He’s a massive Only Fools & Horses fan, enjoys wild camping and hiking and is a keen but shite snooker player

Em Ball

Coach

Emily’s coaching journey started at 15, teaching everything from swimming and football to kids' holiday camps. Em is focused on creating an environment where everyone feels welcome, regardless of their starting point.

While she handles some of the "behind the scenes" of the business, she’s most passionate about making fitness accessible, sustainable, and the best part of your day.

The fun stuff: Em is always on the lookout for meteor showers or the Northern Lights. When she isn't hiking or training, she’s likely mid-marathon of Grey’s Anatomy, The Big Bang Theory, or a Marvel film.

Noah

World’s fittest pug & security

You will normally find Noah in his tent in the chill-out area at FTC. He was born to be a gym dog. Chilling with kids, cleaning up any dropped food and barking anytime anyone comes to the door.

His stats

24-inch box jump

20kg Kettlebell drag

2/3 tallest peaks in the Uk climbed and peed on
